YardSwim offers a complete range of services for adults.

              • Adapted Individualized Aquatics – Individualized training for adults of all skill levels from beginner to advanced.
              1. Water Fitness – Including lap swimming and water aerobics for increased strength, cardiovascular ability and flexibility.
              2. Aqua Physical Therapy – Rehabilitation for individuals with disabilities or who are recovering from injuries.  Promotes strength, cardiovascular ability, range of motion, and flexibility.
              1. Film Analysis Swim Training (FAST) – Promotes correction and perfection of swim technique through video analysis and training.

Through individualized instruction and one-on-one training, adults can become more comfortable in the water and enjoy the health benefits of water fitness!
